Return & Exchange Policy
As a small business owner, your satisfaction is important! Although some items are final sale, we are able to offer refunds or exchanges on certain items that are unused and unopened products within 21 days of your item being purchased. Items must be returned in their original packaging.
To initiate a refund or exchange:
•Contact us at support@empathblossoming.com with your order number and details of the issue.
•Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or send a replacement.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
All sales for Digital Products, Apparel items (i.e. tshirts and sweatshirts), and Clearance items are final.
Digital Download Products are non-refundable. However, if you have any issues accessing the file(s), please contact us at support@empathblossoming.com
Apparel items are custom printed to each order.
Clearance items are discounted items are sold “as-is” due to minor imperfections or changes in branding, and no refunds or exchanges will be offered for them.

Shipping Policy
We strive to process all orders within 2-3 business days. However, during periods of high order volume, processing may take up to 7 days. Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes 5-10 business days, depending on the product purchased and location.
The delivery of apparel items takes about 7 - 10 business days, which includes the processing and shipping.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please note that shipping times may vary during peak periods or due to circumstances beyond our control, such as holidays or carrier delays.
